Main Materials:
Elmer’s® Board Mate™ Dual Tip Glue Pen
Elmer’s® School Glue Naturals®
Elmer’s® Foam Core Board
Optional: Westcott Paper Trimmer

Basic Materials:
Cardstock – neon and black
Ribbon – ½” wide – ½ yard of each color
Pencil
Ruler
Scissors

Instructions:

1. Measure and cut colored cardstock into a 4” x 6” rectangle or 5” square or desired size. 
2. Use pencil to draw squiggly shapes along sides of paper referring to photo for reference.
3. Carefully cut out pieces, setting aside till needed.
4. Use thin tip of Board Mate Glue to apply a bead of glue to back of larger piece of cut paper.  Press onto center of black cardstock and smooth flat.
5. Position cut out pieces next to the opening as shown.  Use thin tip to glue each piece into place.  Let dry.
6. Measure and cut black paper about ½” from longest cut piece on all sides.
7. Use wide tip to apply glue around edges and center of foam core then center and press onto back of art and press smooth.  Let dry. 
8. To create hanger, tie ribbon into bow then glue ends about ½’ down from top edge of foam core.  Let dry.
