Moss Fairy House

 



 

Always cover your work surface with a mat or some type of protective covering like wax paper or plastic.

Mossy Fairy House

Materials:
Empty oats canister
Green acrylic paint
Dried natural moss
Pebbles (or grapevine nest)
Elmer’s® Glue-All®
Scissors
Paintbrush
Ruler
Pencil
Newspapers to cover work surface

  1. Measure “ inches from the top of the container and use a pencil to mark it in several places.
  2. Use scissors to cut the canister along the lines.
  3. Paint the canister green; let it dry.
  4. Cut an upside down L shape for the door.
  5. Spread glue over the sides of the canister and press small bunches of moss onto the glue.
  6. Run a line of glue around the edge of the roof and press moss onto it to cover the roofline.
  7. Spread glue over the roof and press pebbles onto the glue.
