Main supplies:

  • White cardstock
  • Transparent Sheets
  • Staedtler® Ergosoft® Colored Pencils
  • Staedtler® Mars® Lumograph® Pencils
  • Elmers® Paintastics® - Yellow, Red, Blue,Pink, Purple

Basic Supplies:

  • 3” metal office ring clip
  • Standard hole punch
  • Scissors
  • Ruler
Patterns:

Chameleon Pattern (PDF)

Instructions:

  1. Cut construction paper to 3 ½” x 8”. Cut transparent sheets five 3 ½” x 8”.
  2. Use pattern provided and trace chameleon onto white construction paper with marker. Use Ergosoft pencils for details and to color in as shown
  3. Trace outline of chameleon on transparent sheets with permanent maker.
  4. Use Elmer's Paintastics to fill in with different colors. Coat with additional coats as desired.
  5. Punch hole in paper and transparencies. Layer original drawing on bottom and insert transparent sheets on top. Secure with ring into punched hole.
