A note to parents, teachers, group leaders about the Hands On Philosophy!

"Hands On: Crafts for Kids" is all about celebrating the creativity of our children through three important elements . .

Itty Bitty Blue HandCreativity through crafts is a wonderful way to express yourself and build self-esteem. Children can be successful through craft projects designed just for them and learn that there is no right or wrong way to be creative.

Itty Bitty Green HandLearning can take place through well-designed, curriculum-based creative projects like those presented in Hands On: Crafts for Kids. Our educational review board has established a theme for each television program, themes which are supported throughout our materials. While exploring their creativity, kids also explore recycling, weather, folklore and many other topics.

Itty Bitty Red HandAll kids are creative. The Hands On: Crafts for Kids Project recognizes and celebrates the creativity of kids in all aspects of life. A portion of Hands On profits have been used to establish this Project which seeks ways to provide the opportunity for all kids to be exposed to creativity. One of the foundation's initial projects was to donate craft supplies to children at homeless shelters.
