Main supplies:

  • 1 Pair rubber sandals – pink
  • Delta Ceramcoat® acrylic paint – yellow, purple, orange, turquoise, white
  • Pacon® Craft foam – yellow, purple
  • Pacon® Pony beads – 4 each, yellow, orange, turquoise, white, pink and 8 purple
  • Two 18” lengths 2mm black cord

    Basics supplies:

  • Black marker
  • 1/8” Hole punch
  • Scissors
  • Paint brushes – flat and round

Instructions:

1. Paint your own design on the sides of the sandals using assorted acrylic paint colors, or refer to the photo for design ideas. Let dry. (Note: it’s best to paint one side of the each sandal at a time and let that side dry before painting the other. You’ll avoid smudging wet paint.)
2. Using a black marker draw added designs along the sides of the sandals.
3. Trace and cut craft foam sandal embellishments using colors as indicated on pattern pieces.
4. Punch two holes centered on sandal embellishments. String black cord through holes and tie to top of sandal with a small bow.
5. String 7 pony beads on the end of each cord. Knot to secure.
