acrylic paint – white, dark yellow, brown

Basics
supplies:
- Black marker
- Paint brushes
- White paper
- Ruler
- Scissors
|
Instructions:
1. Assemble animals:
Zebra
- |
Body: glue
two 2” ovals on ends of two spring clothespins.
The clothespins will be the legs.
Neck: glue one 1-1/2” oval in end of spring clothespin.
Head: glue two 1-1/2” ovals on each side of neck.
Ears: glue two ¾” teardrops between head
ovals. |
Giraffe

Body: glue two 2”
ovals on ends of two spring clothespins.
Neck: glue one 2-1/2” mini craft stick in end of
spring clothespin.
Head: glue two 1-1/2” ovals on each side of neck.
Ears: glue two ¾” teardrops between head
ovals. |
2. Break a toothpick
in half for a tail. Glue to the inside back of body for Zebra
and Giraffe. Let dry.
3. Paint the Zebra white. Let dry. Add stripes, eyes, and
nose to the Zebra with a black marker.
4. Paint the Giraffe dark yellow. Let dry. Add spots to the
Giraffe with brown acrylic paint. Use a black marker to add
eyes and nose.
5. Write names of party goers on 1” x 1-1/2” cards.
Insert in back clothespin. |
